Cancellation policy
Azer Holidays LTD cancellation terms.
Cancel from your account up to 2 days before the check-in date and the payment is marked refunded in full.
Cancellations inside that window are not refunded. The house has been held for you.
The deadline uses the check-in date on the booking. Extraordinary cases can be written to us from the contact page and are reviewed one by one.
Refunds in demonstration mode are recorded immediately on the booking. Live card refunds will follow the payment provider once that is connected, and may take several working days to show on a statement.
