What this site does for guests and for hosts.
Guests search by date, city, and party size, open a house, and reserve it. The total is calculated on the server from nights, seasons, cleaning, extras, and any offer that applies.
Hosts send a listing from the owner page. It stays unpublished until the team checks the details and turns it on.
Accounts hold past and future reservations. A stay can be cancelled from the account while the published deadline is still open, and the payment is marked refunded.
