General terms

A reservation is a contract for the dates, house, and total shown on the confirmation page.

The guest is responsible for the party size staying within the published limits, for leaving the house in reasonable condition, and for any extra services they tick before paying.

Cancellations follow the cancellation page. The deadline is counted in whole days before check-in, using the date on the booking.

Offers apply only as the price breakdown describes. A first-reservation discount is once per email address, on the nightly total, and does not apply to cleaning or extras.

These terms are a working draft for Azer Holidays LTD and will be replaced by counsel when the company is fully formed.
